University, where I acquired microvascular surgical techniques, which had just begun to emerge at the time. Since then, I have been involved in establishing plastic surgery departments in community hospitals across Japan, including Shimane Prefectural Central Hospital, and have served in positions such as Chief Surgeon. In 2022, I was appointed Director of SHINSAIBASHI Ai CLINIC in Shinsaibashi, Osaka.
