Supporting Your Ideal Transformation

For those visiting a cosmetic clinic for the first time, it’s natural to feel anxious or uncertain—wondering what you’ll look like after the procedure, what risks may be involved, and how much it will cost.

That’s exactly what our counseling session is for.

During counseling, we’ll take time to listen to your concerns and questions, helping you overcome insecurities and work toward the vision you have for yourself. Through detailed discussions and simulations with your doctor, we’ll ensure your goals are clearly understood and propose the most suitable treatment plan tailored just for you.

STEP.01

Consultation Reservation

Please click the “Free Consultation Reservation” button to book your appointment. We offer online reservations, allowing you to choose your preferred booking method.

If you have any questions or concerns about the procedure, feel free to contact us by phone. Please note that support is available in Japanese only. You can also make a reservation directly over the phone. Even if you’re unsure about undergoing double eyelid surgery and would just like to receive a consultation, there is no charge—so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

STEP.02

Counseling with a Consultant

After checking in at the clinic, you will have a counseling session with a dedicated consultant. Please feel free to share any concerns you may have—from your current issues to questions or anxieties about the procedure. You can also talk to the consultant about anything you may find difficult to ask the doctor directly.

For specific medical advice, please consult with the physician. We will propose a personalized beauty plan tailored to your needs.

STEP.03

Counseling with the Doctor

From simulation to surgery, your assigned doctor will handle everything consistently. If there’s anything you forgot to mention to the counselor, please feel free to discuss it directly with the doctor.

For procedures like double eyelid surgery, we use a tool called a bougie to simulate how your eyelids will look after the procedure. Be sure to share the image of your ideal result with the doctor.

STEP.04

Considering Your Treatment Plan

Through simulations, we’ll work together to share and refine your ideal image. Taking into account your current condition and budget, we’ll propose the most suitable treatment plan to help achieve your desired results. For procedures like double eyelid surgery, same-day treatment may be possible if there is availability—please feel free to ask.

Of course, you are also welcome to take the plan home and consider it at your own pace.

STEP.05

Contract & Payment

Once you’ve taken the time to carefully consider and are fully satisfied with your surgical plan, downtime expectations, and potential risks, we will proceed with the contract. A surgical plan will be created only after you thoroughly understand and agree to the procedure details, precautions, and costs. Please make the necessary payment prior to the procedure.

If you choose to have surgery on a later date, you may schedule it for a time that is most convenient for you.

STEP.06

On the Day of Surgery

Please come to the clinic in good health. Our doctors and staff will help you feel at ease throughout the process.

Before the surgery begins, the doctor will review your desired results and the surgical plan one final time. Then, the procedure will commence. We are here to support you and ensure you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

STEP.07

Post-Operative Care

We carefully monitor your condition after surgery to reduce any post-operative concerns. Surgery does not mark the end of your treatment—it is just one part of your care. Post-operative follow-up is just as important. At TCB, we continue to support you with attentive care, consultations, and a range of services tailored to your recovery.
