Nice to meet you. I’m Dr. Yamauchi from Tokyo Central Beauty Clinic (TCB). Until now, I have worked as a board-certified plastic surgeon, performing a wide range of surgeries with a constant focus on aesthetics. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in cosmetic surgery.

Through my diverse surgical background, I have deepened my understanding of techniques and anatomy—knowledge I believe is highly applicable to aesthetic medicine. Concerns about appearance can greatly affect one’s mental well-being, and many patients come to our clinic after much thought and hesitation. I strive to approach each patient with care and compassion, and to work together in finding the most suitable treatment.

I am Akihiro Ogino, and I have been appointed as the Technical Training Advisor at TCB Tokyo Central Beauty Clinic.

Until now, I have worked as a plastic surgeon at a university hospital, dedicating myself actively to clinical practice, research, and education. Plastic surgery is a medical field that places a strong emphasis on aesthetics. It is a discipline that aims to not only restore structural or functional abnormalities of the body but also to enhance the external appearance. Similarly, cosmetic surgery demands a refined aesthetic sense and delicate surgical techniques. I hope the surgical skills I have cultivated over the years can be of help to many doctors.

At TCB, I take full responsibility in providing education and guidance to improve the surgical techniques of our doctors, serving as the Technical Training Advisor. I am Fumiaki Shimizu, and I have recently assumed the position of Technical Training Advisor at TCB Tokyo Central Beauty Clinic.

Throughout my career as a plastic surgeon, I have treated various surface defects of the body, including trauma, keloids, facial nerve palsy reconstruction, and breast reconstruction. Both plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine require advanced skills to improve a patient’s physical appearance in a natural and beautiful way. Moreover, plastic surgery does not merely enhance external appearance—it also helps resolve patients’ complex concerns and ultimately contributes to mental well-being.
