My name is Hiroo Teranishi, and I have been serving as the Chairman of TCB Tokyo Central Beauty Clinic since October 2024. After gaining experience at the forefront of medicine as a cardiovascular surgeon, I chose to take on the challenge of a new field — aesthetic medicine — in 2019.

During my time as a heart surgeon, I performed numerous heart and aortic surgeries. I take great pride in my precise surgical techniques and the beautiful results I achieve. Please feel free to visit our clinic. I will do my utmost to help bring smiles to your faces.

In today’s world, where we are constantly surrounded by beautiful people, few individuals can say they are 100% confident in their own appearance. Nice to meet you. I’m Tadanori Koga from TCB Tokyo Central Beauty Clinic. I chose the path of aesthetic medicine because I want to support people who have a positive desire to “become more beautiful” and “become happier.” In addition to my surgical skills as an orthopedic surgeon and experience in empathizing with patients as a psychiatrist, I have also obtained qualifications in beauty and health. I place great importance on balancing technical skill, knowledge, and compassion.

I am Akihiro Ogino, and I have been appointed as the Technical Training Advisor at TCB Tokyo Central Beauty Clinic.

Until now, I have worked as a plastic surgeon at a university hospital, dedicating myself actively to clinical practice, research, and education. Plastic surgery is a medical field that places a strong emphasis on aesthetics. It is a discipline that aims to not only restore structural or functional abnormalities of the body but also to enhance the external appearance. Similarly, cosmetic surgery demands a refined aesthetic sense and delicate surgical techniques. I hope the surgical skills I have cultivated over the years can be of help to many doctors.

I am Fumiaki Shimizu, and I have recently assumed the position of Technical Training Advisor at TCB Tokyo Central Beauty Clinic.

Throughout my career as a plastic surgeon, I have treated various surface defects of the body, including trauma, keloids, facial nerve palsy reconstruction, and breast reconstruction. Both plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine require advanced skills to improve a patient’s physical appearance in a natural and beautiful way. Moreover, plastic surgery does not merely enhance external appearance—it also helps resolve patients’ complex concerns and ultimately contributes to mental well-being.

At TCB, I am committed not only to improving surgical techniques but also to fostering doctors who can empathize with patients and provide aesthetic care that respects individual values. My name is Shoji Takami, and I have recently assumed the position of Technical Advisor at TCB Tokyo Central Beauty Clinic.

After graduating from Kagawa Medical University, I joined Kyoto University, where I acquired microvascular surgical techniques, which had just begun to emerge at the time. Since then, I have been involved in establishing plastic surgery departments in community hospitals across Japan, including Shimane Prefectural Central Hospital, and have served in positions such as Chief Surgeon. In 2022, I was appointed Director of SHINSAIBASHI Ai CLINIC in Shinsaibashi, Osaka. I have authored several books considered essential in the field of eyelid surgery and have received high acclaim in the field of reconstructive plastic surgery.
