This is a corrective procedure for patients who previously underwent breast augmentation using implants at another clinic. Depending on the condition of the implant and the patient’s request, TCB offers the removal of the implant. Please note that only removal is currently available.

This procedure can reduce the areola size by up to 50%.

Montgomery gland removal surgery is a cosmetic procedure that targets the small bumps (sebaceous glands) on the surface of the areola known as Montgomery glands. These can become prominent due to hormonal changes or individual skin characteristics and are a common aesthetic concern. At TCB, we carefully remove these glands without compromising the natural color or shape of the areola, aiming for a smooth, aesthetically pleasing result.

Common concerns include visual discomfort, pain or swelling related to the menstrual cycle, and irritation from bra friction.
